Visiting Scholars

Dr. Vanhooren is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institut National de Recherche Scientifique in Montréal. Her research sits at the intersection of the study of public policy, governance, and political parties. She has written on several topics related to urban and local governance in Canada including local election campaign finance rules, stormwater management policy, and First Nations water security.
