Dr Luginaah is set to deliver a talk on EDID at the Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research 2024
WeCLISH Co-Director Dr Issac Luginaah is scheduled to give a significant talk at the Epidemiology and Public Health plenary session at the 33rd Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research (CAHR 2024).
The title of this talk is Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity in HIV/AIDS Research: Challenges and Opportunities.
Dr Luginaah will share his insights into examining the structural determinants of HIV vulnerabilities in racialized and marginalized communities and identify strategies to integrate equity, diversity, inclusivity, and decolonization (EDID) into research design, implementation, policy, and practice.
